Craig Smith has over 20 years experience as a personal injury trial lawyer, licensed in both Texas and Florida. He limits his practice to the representation of those individuals suffering a wrongful death or serious injury as a result of negligence, professional malpractice and product defects. He has written and lectured throughout Texas on trial tactics and procedure. His recovery of over six million dollars against a national drug store chain is one of the largest ever obtained from a pharmacy for a single injury.
